The coiler machines are manufactured in a vertical and horizontal position with a robust body structure, with die and without die for different coil measurements. Coiler machines with die are designed with water cooling system. The contact surfaces of the wire and all transfer pulleys are heat treated before tungsten carbide coating. The coil winding shape is flat or rosette shape. On the other hand, coiler machines rosette winding system with elevator are also manufactured for special applications. Coiler machines with rotary table are also available for coils with an internal diameter of 300-400 mm and weights ranging from 10 to 50 kg.
