It has different type and quantities of brushes for using to brush the wire rod from different angles and remove rust from the wire surface. There is an outlet for the dust extraction system on the machine body and a wheeled slide or spiral scale conveyor is manufactured for spilled powders.

The protective caps are made of rubber seals for dust proofing. It has been designed with adjustable air nozzle at the exit of the machine to clean fine dust powder on the wire. The wire entry and exit channels have a wear resistant tungsten carbide rolling dock.
