CSM METALURJI designs and manufactures wire drawing machines capable of processing wire rod up to 16.00 mm in diameter, with final wire diameters reaching 0.30 mm and below. The machines can achieve drawing speeds of up to 40 m/s.

The machines are built with a robust body structure and a modular design that enables easy transportation and installation. Safety covers are designed with both operational efficiency and workplace safety in mind. Depending on production requirements, the first blocks can be manufactured as vertical accumulating OTO Type blocks, while the final block can be produced as a vertical, inclined, or Stripper Block.

CSM METALURJI also provides micro-cassette machine solutions for low and high carbon steel wire production. Die boxes can be manufactured with direct water cooling, fixed dies, or rotating dies. For bright wire production, the soap box on the final block can be specially designed for liquid soap use.

Drawing blocks are manufactured from 4140 grade cast steel. After induction hardening, they are tungsten carbide coated and polished, ensuring long service life and high operating performance.

Wire drawing blocks can be produced with air-water cooling or water-only cooling systems. Corrosion-resistant materials are used in the water-cooling system, and pneumatic brake systems are applied on the blocks. Drive motors are prepared for encoder systems, while block reducers can be equipped with internal or external oil pumps.

CSM METALURJI wire drawing machines can be manufactured with interchangeable die-based and micro-cassette systems. High-quality tungsten carbide rollers are used in micro-cassettes, enabling continuous production of up to 5,600 tons at 1.80 mm diameter with a single micro-cassette series. The machines can also be prepared with Chiller-supported water circulation infrastructure and automatic lubrication systems for micro-cassette operation.
