V Grooved Pattern Laid Coil Take Up or V-channel rosette coil take-ups are winding systems used in the production of annealed and galvanized low carbon wires, patented, phosphated or galvanized high carbon wires, and annealed stainless steel wires. They can also be used for winding hard-drawn low and high carbon wires.

The main advantage of this type of take-up is its ability to produce compact rosette-shaped coils. This is achieved by rotating an inclined turntable at low speed under each drawing block.

The rosette coil structure provides a compact and regular winding form, allowing smooth and controlled wire pay-off in subsequent operations. These systems offer consistent winding quality, operational efficiency, and reliable performance in wire production lines.
