Rotary rolling systems are used in wire drawing processes to improve wire quality and reduce wear on the rolls by enabling controlled rotation of the rolling mills. The system is driven by an electric motor, and the transmitted power is delivered to the rolling frame through a reducer and star-type transmission mechanism.

The rotary mills are directly cooled by water. Thanks to specially designed bearing technology, the cooling water is effectively isolated from the lubrication oil and from the water used in chain drive systems and bearing housings, ensuring reliable and contamination-free operation.

In addition, a soap mixing blade can be integrated into the cylinder slot, allowing the drawing soap in the container to be continuously mixed and ensuring consistent lubrication during operation.
